I love the freedom that Alabama Virtual Academy gives me to explore my interests and have more free time for them. I am aware that no school system is perfect, and Alabama virtual Academy is no exception, but if you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, it is a good option for you.

I found Alabama Virtual Academy when I was in the 8th grade in 2021 I was looking to move online due to being bullied. I later came out as transgender and the teachers immediately called me by my preferred name and pronouns. If you need help with something they’ll gladly help you until you understand it, like for me I had issues with math and one of my math teachers made a video and sent it to me for me to understand.
This school is amazing, with great resources, and diversity in live classes.
