Testing and Assessment FAQs
What tests will my child be required to take?
All Alabama Virtual Academy at Eufaula City Schools (ALVA) students are required to take the following tests:
- Course lesson assessments
- Course unit assessments
- Semester assessments
- Diagnostic and formative assessments measuring mastery of grade-level standards
Will my child have to participate in state testing?
Yes. ALVA students must comply with all state-mandated testing requirements. This is a mandatory requirement.
